Full width static block in at top of boxed shoppages

Hi!

What I would like to achieve is on all shop pages (including categoriepages) a static block at the top of the page. I created a full widht static block. Added this to shoppage but don’t know where to add it to the category pages?

Also: on all shop pages (including categorie pages) I would like to see this static block full width but the rest of the content (product grid) needs to be boxed. Just like on the homepage. How can I do this?

Try to change Shop Page Banner Position via Theme Options
