Hello support
Hello, @Mirko,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Could you kindly provide a screenshot of the problem or video clearly demonstrating the behavior you have described? Additionally, please provide your site wp-admin access in private content area so we can check and help you.
We would also appreciate it if you could let us know whether the issue persists when using a different theme on your website, such as the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront.
We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello, Mirko,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand that you are experiencing issues after upgrading to WordPress 6.7. For future updates, we kindly ask that you ensure compatibility has been confirmed for the theme by checking the update history at the following link: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
At the moment, we are actively working on the necessary updates. In the private content area, you will find a link to download the XStore Core plugin. Please replace the current plugin on your website with this version and let us know if it resolves the issue.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Thank you for the reply
Hello, Mirko,
Could you provide temporary FTP access?
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
yes
Hello, Mirko,
The latest WordPress update v.6.7 caused the following problems:
Here is evidence that these issues have been raised not only on our forum but also in other plugin-related topics:
1. Showing all X results on category sites is not translated after update -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/showing-all-x-results-on-category-sites-is-not-translated-after-update/
2. Known issues with WordPress 6.7 -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/
3. Translations are no longer loading from the theme folder -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translations-are-no-longer-loading-from-the-theme-folder/#post-18132409
We have tried to find a solution, but since this issue originates from WordPress itself, we are unable to resolve it directly. As a result, the temporary solutions we can offer at this time are:
1. Rollback your site to the previous WordPress version, where all translations were working correctly. Additionally, disable auto-updates on the server to prevent the site from automatically updating back to the problematic version.
2. Wait for WordPress to release an update that addresses and resolves this bug. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how long this will take.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will notify you immediately when a solution becomes available. Once resolved, we will release an update with the necessary fixes.
Thanks for understanding !
Kind regards,
The 8theme’s team

OMG
Hello, Mirko,
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with the rollback issue. For this matter, we kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for further support.
As a temporary solution, we have disabled WP_DEBUG for you by modifying the constant in the wp-config.php
file. Specifically, we changed:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
to:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
We hope this helps as an interim measure. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
