    Questions is, what’s going on?
Used to be all my alterations to the functions PHP there, but now it’s showing nothing.. The actual file still exists, so why is the theme not showing it?

    Hello,

This Editor is the default WordPress functionality. Please note that editing of php files via admin panel is a bad practice and we recommend to make all changes in php files via FTP.

    Nit being rude, but..
Yes the editor is part of WordPress, part of WordPress that works perfectly with every theme except this one.. Which makes it a theme compatability issue, which makes it exactly the kind if thing you guys are here to help with, no?

    Hello,

Our theme does not have any compatibility issues with default WP editor. As a rule, everything depends on your server (timeout, file permissions) and on changes that you do in files. If you make any error WP won’t save your file and we faced the situations when WP just remove all the content from the file if any error was made and WP moves back the changes. And it was not just with our theme.

That’s why WP editor is not a good tool for development. Use FTP to implement new features.

    Regards
