Gallery not working + slides not responsive

    Hello, I just bought your template. It seems like the gallery is not showing on my pages. It shows perfectly in backend (elementor – see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/KTNIy0Ol9o-q) but not showing on my pages… (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4btCNs2FrGV2). I’ve added a lot of galleries on different pages but none are showing up…

    Second problem: I’m using the slides but this does not seem very responsive. The text is partly hidden on mobile.

    Can you help me with these problems? Thanks!

    Please provide temporary wp-admin access and screenhots of problems.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Hello,

    I increased wp-memory limit but it is still the same.

    Strange thing is: on this page the gallery seems to work: https://charisma-online.be/wordpress/haaraccessoires/

    But if you look at the gallery on mobile, it is covering the footer as you can see in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sqeNwzgoh6t3

    Hello

    I just contacted my hosting. I’ve chatted for about an hour with them, as they did not understand the problem.

    They deleted the Varnish cache but the problem still is there. Can you please help me with this?

    Also did you check this problem? Or is that also a caching system issue?

    We’ve found that the gallery element can work inside Section but not inside the new flexbox Container. This problem will be forwarded to your dev team.

    Meanwhile, please provide FTP access.

    If you do not want to wait, as a temporary solution, use the default Gallery widget https://prnt.sc/d8dQdVbMZdUh , it works inside the container.
