General inquiries regarding XSTORE website

Hi,

i have the following inquiries:

1) Revolution Slider: Don’t know how to change url to put another video. i don’t see how to change to simple link (i’ve attached screenshot)

2) Full width: i want to make section full width but cannot do it (i’ve attached screenshot)

3) Hide prices: I want to hide all prices from website, i’ve tried with catalogue mode but didn’t work well, what i want is that individual product page button goes to contact form and that is ok but the problem like i’ve told you before is that i don’t want to show prices: https://sitetemporalok.site/

4) Colors: I can’t change general colors of the site, i’ve check it on appearence but without success (i’ve attached screenshot)

5) Logged appearence: Don’t know why when i’m logged the appearence looks really bad also sometimes without being logged too. i thought it was cache but it must be other thing (i’ve attached screenshot)

6) Delivery tab: I’ve lost delivery tab on individual products, how can i recover it? (i’ve attached screenshot)

3/ To remove price from single product page, edit template using single product builder – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

4/ To change colors in the header, please go to XStore Builders > Header > via Elementor > edit template > settings of elements.

5/ – Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
– Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

6/ Store Builders > Single product > via Elementor > edit template > Tabs > add custom tab https://prnt.sc/uN6z1QMAXret

1. Revolution Slider: I can’t see the media options you are showing in your screenshot (I’ve attached a new screenshot)

2. Full width: I can’t see what you are showing to me (I’ve attached a new screenshot)

3. Hide prices: This is Ok, thanks i’ve already done it.

4. Colors: I meant the general colors of the site, there is plenty of yellow buttons and text. Maybe all of this has to be edit it from elementor?

5. Logged appearence: Thank you so much, i’ll try that

6. Delivery tab: Ok, thanks.

7. Single product templates: from XStore builders > Single Product Builder can i add more than one product template? and if so, how can i choose the specific template when editing a product? because i would like to make a different template for each of the 6 categories that we have and if in the future we make some changes we can easily apply these ones to all products of the corresponding category

Also, you can find video tutorials from Slider Revolution authors on YouTube and see how they option video settings.

2/ Here is a new screenshot https://gyazo.com/63b436a7a9ee07a784a390d7e9ee149a , you need to edit the page settings.

4/ Theme Options > Styling > edit settings of buttons.
Also, you need to edit every page and change the settings of elements separately where it is needed.

Hi,

I didn’t know that, sorry. Next time i’will post different questions via separate. I Only have a problem with this:

1. Revolution Slider: Perfect but i have a problem with close button, how can i fix that? (i’ve attached screenshot)

2. Full width: I didn’t know where was page settings, that’s why i didn’t see it. Now it’s Ok!

4. Colors: Ok! it’s all black so i guess all the other colors have to be changed from elementor separately

7. Single product templates: Thanks!

Revolution Slider: Hi, where do you see that? i’ve checked yesterday and today at screen of 15,6″ (latpop) and 27″ (monitor) and in both of them i can’t close it.

Dear @Javito,

We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed an issue where the header is overlapping the Revolution Slider, as illustrated in the attached screenshot. Unfortunately, adjusting the z-index will not resolve this issue, as altering the z-index of the slider would cause it to overlap the header instead.

To rectify this, we kindly request that you reduce the height of your header, including the top and bottom padding. This adjustment should resolve the overlap problem effectively.

Hi,

Thank you so much! it worked.

another thing that i couldn’t resolve is the color of products carousel buttons at homepage that has to be white. I’m watching personalized part and everything is ok, at elementor also it’s ok and i can’t see what’s wrong. (i’ve attached screenshots)

We’re not sure this custom CSS code was added by you or any 3rd party plugins.

Please kindly find and remove it:
```
.elementor a {
    color: #000000;
}
```
If you can’t do it, please add this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
```
.etheme-product-grid-item a.button {
    color: #fff;
}
```
