Get error while updating JS Composer & MailChimp

Hi there, i am getting errors while updating JS Composer & MailChimp, i checked the error log and found curl request is not going and page builder is not working
can you please do help me to resolve it my domain is http://rrpdiamonds.com

Hello,

To update the plugins, switch to your server with FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ folder on your server.
The latest versions of the premium plugins that have been included in the XStore package can be located on the Downloads page.
