    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Do you mean the same problem is visible when the Storefront theme is activated?
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    By default, there is no such option available. However, it is possible that a WooCommerce plugin might provide a suitable solution for your needs – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    “support not giving me solution” – we provide support for XStore theme, but the questions you previously asked were not related to our theme because you confirmed that the issue persists even with the default WC theme – Storefron.

    “your theme build with elementor pro” – no, our theme demos use the Pro Elements plugin (free), not Elementor Pro (paid). We are compatible with Elementor Pro, but your question is independent of the theme, but related to the plugin directly.

    “can you tell me how can i remove this 3 steps ? and keep normal checkout” – Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > disable “Special breadcrumb on the cart, checkout, and order pages”
