Getting different button styling than rest of site and not consistent to what is set in Theme Option

I have run through my colors and style top to bottom on Theme Options > Styling… removed borders from every button variation, yet on the “/cart” page, i get different button styling than every button in the site.

Wondering where this is being overridden? Additionally, the button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” has wrong text color, and hover colors. Very strange. See image ref in private content area.

Have I set colors elsewhere in the theme that are getting caught for this page only?
