Hello. I am currently building my site. Since yesterday I am getting this message when trying to edit the theme with Elementor “Error: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”. I can’t recall installing any plugin before that.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
(https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

2/ Do you have this problem when the parent theme is activated?

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Could you please check how it works with Storefront (default WooCommerce themes)?

Do you have fatal errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > today?

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I’ve downloaded Storefront (didn’t have it installed by default?!), activated it and still got same error in the theme builder. I didn’t have logs from today. After Storefront 2 logs appeared.

    Hi,
I checked with Elementor team. Something happened on my end and I had to refresh mozilla and it loaded. Everything is fine now, thanks for your help!
