Getting error while trying to update the Parent theme and it’s Core plugin

    While I try to update the Xstore theme and its core plugin, I’m getting this error:

    An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I’m not using the same license code anywhere else. Can you please check and if you find it’s being used anywhere else, can you please delete this as I will use it only on {PRIMARY_DOMAIN}

    Additionally, Please provide your site CPanel access in private content area so that we will update the XStore theme and Core plugin on your site.

    Hi Rose,

    Thanks for your quick assistance. May I know how you did it? Using File Manager ( FTP ) ordirectly from backend panel? and if it’s from File Manager, then do we have to reach you everytime there is a new update?
