Several other pages appear to display the logo correctly. However, when I click on the Contact Us page link for our website, the Contact Us page appears with:
Email: Support@xstore.com and an extra set of social media icons.
Please see image in Private content area …
I can’t seem to find anywhere how to get rid of the text and the social media icons – I can’t tell where they are coming from. Can you tell me how to get rid of them?
Thanks,
David

Credentials are in private area. Name of the page is:”Contact us”
Also, can you check to see why the static block content is not updating? – Details in private content area…
Thanks!
Hello,
As I can see, WPBakery Page Builder and Elementor are enabled on your site. You need to use only one of them, another can be disabled via Dashboard > Plugins.
Elementor for static blocks can be enabled here – http://prntscr.com/tg85us
1) Please check the Contact us page now. I’ve edited the content of the page.
2) Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Static Blocks Cache > off. Then clear all cache (from plugin and browser) and check the Shop page.
Regards
On #1 – What did you use to edit the Contact Us page? I couldn’t find this text anywhere that included Xstore email address.
On #2 – Am I supposed to turn off the Static Blocks Cache every time I edit a static block, then turn it back on after I make changes?
Thanks –
For #2 previous:
1. I disabled cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Static Blocks Cache > off.
2. All cache plugins have been disabled.
3. Browser cache has been cleared on two different browsers.
Static block stills does not update. Any more ideas?
Thanks –
Did you try using the https: instead of http: in the url?
Hello,
1) Edit Contact us page using Elementor – http://prntscr.com/titfyo add/remove content depends on your needs.
2) Static Blocks Cache in Theme Options can be enabled once your site will be available for clients, there is no need in the caching while you are working on the site.
I’ve enabled the Elementor editor for static blocks – http://prntscr.com/titlj3 Try to edit now http://prntscr.com/titlxc
Regards
