Getting issue while importing Demo content

    I’m having issues importing demos. My server status shows all green checks, but I’m still getting an error.
    “Minimal Fashion 2 Demo Installed! However, We’ve Encountered Some Errors:
    pages not installed 🙁
    widgets not installed 🙁
    home_page not installed 🙁
    posts not installed 🙁
    products not installed 🙁
    static-blocks not installed 🙁
    contact-forms not installed 🙁

    1/ Please Check System Requirements:

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

    We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

    2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

    3/ Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version.
    Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess. To get blocks from different demos, please use XStore Studio – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

    Hello @Tony,
    I changed the PHP version to 8.0.30 but now also, I’m getting issues. please fix the issue, I want theme to be properly installed

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    After resetting your website, please let us know, we will import the demo on your site.

    2/ Additionally, please provide your site valid Cpanel and wp-admin access in the private content area so that we can check and help you.

    When I’m doing import, all third-party plugins are disabled, When I’m trying import again, I always reset each data.

    Website is fresh you can delete any data which you want, I just want theme and demo import run perfectly.
