getting issues in importing demo

ISSUE 1 -Cosmetics Installed! But we have some errors:

pages not installed 🙁

widgets not installed 🙁

home_page not installed 🙁

posts not installed 🙁

products not installed 🙁

static-blocks not installed 🙁

projects not installed 🙁

testimonials not installed 🙁

contact-forms not installed 🙁

mailchimp not installed 🙁

media not installed 🙁

grid-builder not installed 🙁

options not installed 🙁

menu not installed 🙁

ISSUE 2 – The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core
unable to install this plugin

for this information.

Hello,

Take our apologies that you face issues using our theme.
You installed the out of date version of theme (6.3.9) that had issue with demo content installation. I updated theme, installed and activated XStore core plugin, so you should not face any issues with demo content installation. Try to install demo now.

how can i remove one demo if i want to any new one isnt there uninstall option for installed demo

Hello,

Use WP Database Reset plugin http://prntscr.com/trr88e
And reset the DataBase fields except users and usermeta

After that you can activate theme again and install the other version to test.

another issue

cosmetic demo when i am trying to edit it with elementor its showing broken links… what to do?

saeriously your this error at initial stage am woried that it wont waste my work

Hello,

That version is the WPBakery version, not the Elementor version. All the versions available for the Elementor you can find below the Elementor tab http://prntscr.com/tru2yu
