From reading up online it seems something is adding p tags, I’m guessing it is visual composer.

I think it is best if I add the toggle boxes using just classes, how would this work rather than the short code?

Any help with the p tag related issue?

I will also make a list of other errors which relate to the themes code, there are duplicated ID’s that are flagged up.

Always good to a have clean coded theme which validates, there are not too many.

    Hello,

    Sorry, for a delay.
The errors are related to plugins, for example, paragraphs are added with standard WordPress editor and covers Visual Composer code. Concerning this issue you should contact VC plugin authors. You can contact them via comments on the plugin site.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I bought this theme because it had the extra bundled plugins, I did not expect to have to result to using raw html to code my website!

    Not impressed at all Eva!

You also need to go through the W3C errors, are you guys really the developers of this theme?

Topic still unresolved sorry to say, shall I contact Olga again?

Regarding VC plugin, they are unlikely to offer support when you give the plugin bundled with your theme.

    Hello,

As we told you before this is the problem in Visual Composer and WordPress. If you need external plugin support, buy plugin license and then you’ll be able to contact with them. We could offer you only temporary fix. To fix <p> tags I recommend you to write at the start of file page.php following code:
    remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' );
Also want to tell you that validation is an awesome tool, but remember, it’s just a tool!

    Olga,

I will try and add that code.

Don’t really want to buy the plugin when you advertise it comes with extra bundled plugins, if you are advising to buy them then offering them with your theme is not of any use as all the customers who buy your theme might have to buy a new licence?

That is not good and advertising all these extras are just a gimmick!

The W3C validation is a good tool, clean code is good and a lot of developers will use it.

Your theme does not have a lot of errors, I’m sure the developers could easily solve them if you are bothered?

    Many thanks Olga!
