Hi, I need to increase Memory Limit in Elementor System Info..
Please check it screenshot so I’ll communicate with hosting provider to increase it..
Please check it and confirm
Hello, Kapil Dev,
Thank you for your response.
Yes, you need to increase the memory limit.
Also, please go to Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs, and select today’s log. What info do you have there? This may help to determine what else needs to be fixed.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
In WooCommerce Log.. I found Fetal errors but it’s from old hosting accounts. and I am not getting allowed memory size at line 2397 in class-wpdb.php file…
Instead of this, I find some more error please lookout on it.
Recently I migrated to new hosting, for new hosting I did not see any error in WooCommerce logs..
Hello, Kapil Dev,
Thank you for your response and for the screenshots.
“and select today’s log” – means only the log with the latest date is needed.
On all your screenshots if it memory size problem, you need to fix it first – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/

All the error which are mentioned in above reply is from old hosting provider and date is between 4 april to 12 april..

Hello, Kapil Dev,
Thank you for your response.
Do you have this problem when our theme is activated only? Please activate a default WordPress theme and test how it works then https://prnt.sc/wlFOBT8qOL0m
If the situation is independent of the activated theme, you need to contact the support of Elementor plugin.
You are editing Home page right now, so we can’t check it, but we’ve tested your Contact Us page and do not face the problem – https://gyazo.com/39e440cc6bac3255ab4bcaf3d68a0a93 Maybe you just need to clear cache of your browser.

1. Ok now I am deactiving all plugins (not included elementor) and change the theme..
2. This problem is only happended with heavy page.. Like homepage… Not getting this type of error on small size pages like contact us or any static page.
But right now, I am trying first point. If problem fixed then I’ll let you know. If not then I’ll stop editing homepage windows so that you are able to edit it.
Apart from this I’ll try in another browser for cache issue. or by cleaning it.
Hi Rose Tyler,
1. I have tried point 1st by deactivating plugins and installing a default theme but getting same error. [Screenshot 1 in PCA]
After that I tried to activate xstore theme and all the plugins then I lost all the designs which was not expected. before doing this I taken a backup.
Also I have install a fresh browser to test it getting same error or any cache issue but not any problem with cache of browser. [Screenshot 2 Attached in PCA]
2. This point is right, problem is persist only with heavy pages. So I install Wp Optimise Plugin and clean all post revision then problem is solved on Homepage and getting error. [Screenshot 3 attached in PCA]
Thanks for your time:)
Backup is life saving.
