Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Contact your hosting provider about this, because it is server-side.
GTMetrix changed its testing system, and all the sites that had A, B scores get C, E or F. Try to test your site here – https://tools.pingdom.com/ , read this article https://kinsta.com/blog/make-fewer-http-requests/

Hii,

Please be informed that the issue I have checked with the hosting provider.

I deactivated the theme and there is no issue. The issue starts when the theme is installed and the demo(Niche market-2) is imported.

But you asked about Server response time issue. We don’t have an issue with the server response time, it takes 511ms https://prnt.sc/13cl43j but your TTFB is 1.9s https://prnt.sc/13cl5yl
Also, enable JS and CSS minification on your site using the cache plugin.

In case you are not satisfied with the theme speed we are ready to give refund.
