Hi There, We have a gift card plugin from Yith and the main image is not displaying. https://thecornishmarket.co.uk/product/gift_card/
I have contacted support for the plugin and they have said that –
The problem seems to be the gallery. As far as I can see, your theme is changing the default WooCommerce theme we use to make our plugin work.
I have tried to disable gallery slider for this product and it seems to be the same still.
Do you know any CSS or script that will help this situation?

Actually, you are using the third-party plugin for this purpose on your site, and that third-party plugin is not compatible with our theme and nor included in the third-party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end on the item’s main page, Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

I understand that this is not a fault with the theme.
I just thought you might know a way in the theme to disable the gallery or alter layout with css so it would work for this plugin.
Do you have any suggestions?

I understand the situation very well. But the thing is there is no possible way to solve it via CSS code. if it would be possible, I already share it with you. We always take care of our customers in every possible way. But in your case things are different. Changes require customization in theme core files and customization issues are beyond our limitations. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.
