Gift vouchers won't add to basket - by hdowthwaite

    Hi, I have updated all my plug-ins and the theme to 1.5 But when I go to add a gift voucher (http://www.creativeessence.co.uk/classicrebel/shop/church-mouse-cheeses-gift-voucher/) to the basket I just get a white box and it doesn’t add to the cart. This was working before I updated the theme. Please can you help asap.

    Hello,

    Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ and let us know the result.

    Hi I installed storefront and I was able to add the gift voucher to the basket with no problem. I have re-activated child theme of Classico and now the shop has all messed up: http://www.creativeessence.co.uk/classicrebel/shop/ and I can no longer add gift vouchers to the basket.

    Please can you sort this asap as this site is due to go live tomorrow.

    In your public_html folder via FTP I can see only these files:

    Where are your site files located?
    Are FTP details correct?

    Hello,

    I’ve reuploaded “woocommerce” folder in wp-content/themes/classico directory and renamed old folder to “woocommerce_old”. Please check Shop page now.

    Concerning your first issue there is an error in the console for admin-ajax.php file:

    Internal server error is related to server configuration, so you need contact your hosting provider. Or disable Ajax Add to Cart option in 8Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page.
