Hi there,

I’m currently creating my product pages. Unfortunately, I’m running into an issue with the LayerSlider. If you look at the URL’s provided below, the slider appears to function with an error, when it comes to displaying each individual slide.

The layer is placed on the “Цветова Гама” tab.

I used this slider for one product and it worked fine. The moment I copied and pasted the [layerslider id], the slider started glitching on all the products that it has been featured on.

Your help is greatly appreciated. I looked into the topics that were already submitted, but couldn’t find the solution.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I don’t have it as an option. I have captured the screen here: http://pdht3.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/available-updates.jpg

Those are the only options I have, unless I’m missing something. How come I don’t have it displayed there, that’s very strange.

Hello,

Did you buy LayerSlider plugin yourself?
It isn’t included in the Legenda theme package.
If you bought it yourself then you need ask the plugin author for an update.

No, I think it is because I have bought your Blanco theme as well and the plugin has been automatically included in the legenda package as well.

I did update it, as well as every other plugin I was supposed to update, but the issue continues as you can see: http://pdht3.com/shop/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%BA%D0%B8-%D0%BE%D0%B1%D1%83%D0%B2%D0%BA%D0%B8/sample-product-8/

The latest version of the plugin is v 5.3.2 and I have this version displayed at the plugin list page in my wordpress dashboard.

I can’t understand why it does work with one product, but once I place the shortcode on another product, the slider gets an error. Also, I’m using the slider for my front page and I experiencing no problems.

Is there a compatibility issue between LayerSlider and WooCommerce? I don’t know what else can it be.

Hello,

Please try to use Revolution Slider in this case.
This plugin was offered with Legenda theme and you’d better use this slider instead of LayerSlider, which is produced with other theme.
