Good day somehow the theme does not show my VAT while it did at the start how can this be solved?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and all plugins are updated.
Patches are installed after that update https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/ and cache is cleared.

2/ We suggest activating another theme, specifically the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), which can be installed under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. This test should help determine if the issues persist irrespective of the theme used.
