Hello,

How did you add the google ads on the site? Is it a plugin, changes in files, or from the server side? If you are not sure, try to contact your hosting provider.
By default, ads functionality doesn’t come with our theme.

Where did you add the code? What article have you followed?

can you please share us highlighted screenshot how yo apply google ads on your website.
Is you placed any scripted code in header footer or any where else or mange with plugin .?

Hello,

1) Never edit the parent theme files https://prnt.sc/yps26q ! You will lose your customization after theme update. Use either Insert headers and footers plugin or child theme. I moved code to Insert headers and footers plugin settings.

2) Do you have limits by region/city for the Google Ads? We don’t see the add and can’t give you code to fix its appearance.

Not sure why you don’t see it. This is not a built-in theme option, we provide support only for the theme features https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy , so you need to contact google support to find out why it does not work for you. I see it, I sent you screenshot of how it works for me.
