Google recaptcha is not working on any of the page

Hi We have installed and updated the google recaptcha keys, but it seems not working on any of the pages, as we are getting fake registrations, please check and resolve

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront?

Typically, such issues are not related to the theme itself, but we would like to confirm.
