    Am trying to use the above to customise the site alongside your Interior theme.
    There is a problem that the plugin is breaking the “add to cart” functionality.
    Please provide some assistance to resolve this.

    Hello,

    Try to disable “AJAX add to cart for simple products” option in Theme Options > E-commerce > Single Product Page.
