Hello there,
We are having strange issues with our site.
It is a new site with not much activity, but the server si always too busy and sometimes it fails.
And when that happens, some times, the changes we made are not there. And new things show, like the borders in our header.
Any idea how we can get rid of the borders appearin?
It is not always. It happens in some devices and some pages.
There is one i hide with css, but they keep appearing.
Also, any ideas of why the site might be so slow and falling from time to time?
We are not using that much plugins nor doing anything out of the ordinary.
regards,
Hello, Jennifer,
We have just checked your site and there is no such border in the header on your site. It is working perfectly fine at our end. Please refer to the screenshot provided (https://postimg.cc/SJcjPSdx) for reference. It appears to be a cache issue at your end. We suggest that you clear your site and browser cache and check back again. We hope this issue will be resolved.
In regards to the speed of the site, we have tested it on GTMetrix and the result is not bad (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/jygshop.com.ar/gBfhqBO7/).
There are some more points that can be covered up to increase the site speed to more satisfactory numbers. Please refer to the recommendations provided by the GTMetrix report (https://postimg.cc/d72bMfXd).
Additionally, you can read and follow the instructions written in our theme documentation related to the speed of the site (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ & https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/).
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
