3- also in related products / you may be interested in , in single products.

4- How to design Footer in mobile only like as the in footer and footer 2 photos?

4/ We would like to inform you that there is an option for “Footer Widgets Toggle On Mobile” (Theme Options > Footer > Footer Layout). Unfortunately, this feature does not function when the footer is created using Elementor.
We suggest reaching out to Elementor plugin support. They may be able to offer an alternative solution – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
