Have a problem with my Xtore Core plugin

    I have this error message Oops it looks something went wrong. Please check your system requirements first. In case it will happened again, please, contact us 8theme.com when I tried to activate, I received this error message.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1/ Please Check System Requirements:

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8
    We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.1 or 8.2

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

    2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then install and activate XStore core plugin on your site again.

    They already made the change but I encounter the same problem, also these in the pictures

    support staff only.

    1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
