Have background another color and have elements another?

Hi 8theme team,

Website on PCA,

We are not sure what you would call this, but you can see that the background is the color “GREY” and then there are elements (text/images) on top of the background inside “WHITE” colored boxes.
Is there anyway to replicate this on the x-store theme?

also

1) the right side block stays “sticky” as you scroll, it does not move
2) if you scroll to the bottom, you can see the block with the header

Online store of household appliances and electronics

and the block has a button which says “read more” and once click it opens.

Anyway we can replicate these?
