Hello,

1) To translate theme (including all categories string) follow theme docs https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and use translation files.

2) Translate text of the Mailchimp form https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/mail-chimp-form-custom-styles/

You need to create a new menu for the mobile or do not use static blocks in the main menu.

1) Both strings you can find in theme translation file http://prntscr.com/ohahjm Make sure that your translation is synchronized and strings are translated https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

2) Everything depends on your needs. If you don’t need the secondary menu http://prntscr.com/ohaj0z you can just disable it in Theme Options > Menu > Menu Options > http://prntscr.com/ohajgk

3) Are you talking about this one http://prntscr.com/ohalgm ? It’s not the menu, this islist of categories that you created in Products > Categories to search by category. If you don’t need the search by category add the following custom CSS to child theme style.css to hide it

4) Because you chose the home page as the shop page. Go to Pages > create new Shop page without any content. After that go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > choose the shop page from the list as the main product page instead of the home default. To enable sidebar for the shop page go to Theme Options > Shop > Product page layout http://prntscr.com/ohao7d To add widgets to sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets > shop page widget area.
