Having Problem with cashing at the home page

Hi there
I made some changes at the home page and footer,
but I am having problem cashing.
The changes are nto shown
Please advice

Do you use a cache plugin?

Please go to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.
