Maybe if you can check on increasing the limit of Max execution time because I think this is the problem and hosting isn’t doing anything about this

I’ve disabled the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin and activated XStore Core plugin. Please check now. Do not activate the Kirki plugin, to prevent a conflict.
Max execution time can be increased by your hosting provider or by you in files, how to do this you can find online. This parameter is independent of the theme activated on your site, XStore just reads the value and shows it.
