Having problems with logo on mobile header

My header on mobile looks like this

If I just touch something then header is ok, but when I PUBLISH and refresh, it looks bad again

I updated to the latest version but it did not help.

We’ve disabled the Stretch section in the static block settings of “puch popup”. Please clear cache and check the header now.
