Having trouble installing the jewellery theme

I tried the one click install and it’s does not work for me. tried installing the xml and still nothing.

#175195 Copied WooCommerce version: 3.1.2

Hello,

Please Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– memory_limit to 128M;
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;
then try to install needed version.
