Having trouble installing Ultimate addons for Visual Composer plugin

Hello. I cannot seem to install that plugin. Below is the error I am getting:

Hello,

please download plugin form here: http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload it in Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload
