Hello, I hope you are in good health. I’ve been having trouble loading the xstore settings page for a while now. It was slow. Now it no longer accepts browsing at all and remains stuck on downloading. I tried the process on several devices to make sure the problem was not with the device and encountered the same problem.
Hello, ZEPHYR,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
2/ Please provide the temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hello team, I have deactivated all add-ons and activated each one separately while testing and analyzing the site’s performance. I think the problem comes from the XStore Core plugin side. When I enable it and go into the XStore settings and start adjusting some settings, it is very slow and when I analyze the site using the inspect consol. It gives 6 warnings. This happens when I activate plugin XStore Core Alone, Knowing that when I activate it, it works with WooCommerce and the warnings come from WooCommerce with XStore Core, (Additional information in the Private content), Thank you very much for your help and quick communication. Best regards

Sorry, I forgot two-factor consent. I have modified it now. Please use the new access information
Hello, ZEPHYR,
Thank you for wp-admin access, but we can’t connect to FTP still.
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
We apologize for this error, now you will not have any problem using this access. I tried that and it worked. Thank you for your patience

Hello dear team, Thank you for your help and quick response. Yes, I’ve seen that, but these warnings only come when I install XStore Core. I disabled all the plugins one by one and reactivated them in the same way to discover the source of this warnings. I’ve found that when I activate the XStore Core plugin alone with WooCommerce, these warnings appear.
Dear @ZEPHYR,
We have thoroughly reviewed the warnings present on your website and identified potential solutions to address the issue of duplicate input IDs. Below are two options for your consideration:
1. Utilize the Mobile Optimization Feature:
Since you are currently using our XStore header builder from the Customizer, we can recommend to activate the mobile optimization option available here: [Mobile Optimization Settings](https://prnt.sc/wf6PNxpJsPGu). This feature optimizes header content loading based on the device type detected by the WordPress function wp_is_mobile()
[https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_is_mobile/]. When activated, it ensures that only the mobile header is loaded on mobile devices and only the desktop header on desktops, thereby preventing the duplication of account, cart, wishlist, and compare elements across Mobile and Desktop headers.
2. Transition to an Elementor-Based Header:
Alternatively, we suggest migrating your Customizer header to an Elementor-based header, which offers enhanced flexibility and features. We recently updated our XStore Theme to include new XStore Builders for various builders including Header, Footer, Product Archives, and Single Product. For detailed guidance, please view our tutorial here: [XStore Elementor Builder Tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZExw_HXgu0&ab_channel=8THEME) and consult the documentation here: [XStore Elementor Documentation](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/). Note: once you decide to use new Header builder based on Elementor builder you should deactivate [https://prnt.sc/P4L9uDj6Z0_S] the old one for better speed optimizations.
We hope that one of these solutions will effectively resolve the issues you are experiencing. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,

Hello 8theme team as for the first solution, when I wanted to activate it, I showed your advice not to activate this option if the site is available on cashplugin, I use the cash plugin
Dear @ZEPHYR,
We recommend that you activate the option and verify whether the headers function as expected with your cache plugin active. Each cache plugin operates differently; it is possible that your plugin may not recognize the ‘wp_is_mobile’ function, or alternatively, this function might need to be added to the exclusions for caching. We advise you to consult the support team for your cache plugin or refer to their documentation for more detailed guidance in case the work with Mobile optimization option will not work as needed with cache active.
Should the above step not resolve the issue, we are prepared to offer an alternative solution that will definitively address your concern. You could consider reconstructing the old header using Elementor, setting it to display only on a specific page (such as ‘About Us’) while you make modifications. Once adjustments are complete, you can apply these conditions site-wide and deactivate the old Customizer header.
Also, as an option you can simply deactivate mini-content for your Account element in Customizer header. In such case you will have only text+icon in header and on click the customer will be redirected directly to ‘My Account’ page for login/register.
Unfortunately, there are no other solutions available. Please make your decision based on the options provided above.

Jack Richardson
