Hello,
I’m trying to figure out how to modify the footer for this site that I’m building: http://www.laffycaffi.com
Typically I just populate the widget zones with widgets, which is what I’d like to do.
I disabled blocks and then I could see my widgets in the footer, but then the formatting was not nice and neat like your demo footer.
So I set the blocks back on, and now just can’t figure out how to modify footer content from the demo.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark
Hello, I am also having problems with editing the footer. I have tried to follow along with the video and the documentation help. But when I go to the “Static Blocks” tap, I do not have the option to edit, add widgets, or anything at all. I do not see the buttons under where you type your title that are shown in the video or in the documentation. I simply have a text box where I can add text or media. Why do I not have the “CLASSIC MODE/FRONTEND EDITOR” buttons??? Also, every time I try to input my PURCHASE CODE key, I keep getting an error message: “Invalid Purchase Code”. I followed the steps the get my purchase code, copied & paste it, but I get this message. Is this why I cannot see the “CLASSIC MODE/FRONTEND EDITOR” buttons?
Thank you!!!

Hello @mcafiero,
Please read our documentation how to create footer correctly:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/9_footer
Also you can watch video tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWAQRXZXsaw
The video tutorial is for Royal theme, but the process is identical.

Robert Hall.
