When the page loading the header maximum height change. check the Private content area.

Oh, sorry it’s not working even using the default logo ( x store ). This problem creation when I am using a custom site logo but when deleting the custom site logo ( showing the default logo ) problem is solved.
This problem is showing when using the custom option for every logo image.

Hello,

You had this option https://prnt.sc/1l0edlpt enabled and it caused the issue. We have our own option for this in Theme Options -> Speed Optimization – https://prnt.sc/1l0hgdh
Please, keep the Jetpack option off to prevent jumping of header because of logo needed time to load but while it loads it shows as a placeholder and that placeholder could be with another size dimensions than the real image.

Hello,

Why do you upload logo via file manager? Install SVG support plugin and upload logo via Media > Upload media. After that edit header using header builder and choose the uploaded image as the site logo.
