Hello, I have a problem with this Account – Off Canvas. It has been a few months hoping that the update will resolve, but in fact there is nothing change.

We do not have a static IP address, we have a dynamic one and we are accessing the site from Pakistan. We kindly request that you allow Pakistani IPs for a period of time.

I am sorry, there is no such Country whitelist. It is an automatic IP restrictions and the whitelist can be done by manual only.
Can we arrange time to do it?

It is because you are using different ip address.
