similarly

Hello IT-Spectrum,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your request.
To assist you effectively, could you kindly provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? This will enable us to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Dear @IT-Spectrum,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of recent updates and solutions implemented on your website to enhance functionality and resolve existing issues. Also, the fix will be included in next theme updates.
1. **Duplication of Found Products**: We have successfully implemented a solution to prevent the duplication of found products on your website. The issue stemmed from some products having the SKU value included in their titles, which resulted in merged results when searching by titles and SKUs. You can view the implemented solution here: https://prnt.sc/r-kFlGo3AZRb.
2. **Fatal Error on Search Results Page**: We have identified that the fatal error on the search results page was caused by the third-party plugin “Custom Fonts.” The error logs can be accessed via WooCommerce -> Status -> Log. We have temporarily deactivated this plugin, which has resolved the issue and restored functionality to the search results page. You can see the current status here: https://prnt.sc/7aJBalosIGQG.
Please note that our support is limited to the projects directly handled by our team. Should you choose to continue using the “Custom Fonts” plugin, we recommend contacting the support team associated with that plugin for further assistance.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
