Hi, I don’t know why my header and footer show this strange layout.
I also don’t understand where to change the layout of these two sections.
You have all the information to view by yourself directly on my website.

Theme Options > Header builder > edit content depends on your needs, for example – https://prnt.sc/xhvbp2
Dashboard > Static blocks > edit Footer static block using Elementor https://prnt.sc/xhva82
