Header and footer not displaying correctly

Hello, I’m using Elementor to create my front page (Full-Width Template) and I getting crazy with the Header builder and footer.
Even if in the customize section I’m seeing things displayed correclty once I publish everything screws up. The footer does not even show up.
Plus everytime I’m in the real rime viewer (customize section) the header keep changing it’s design (for example the logo dimension or the font displyed).
I lost 2 days already…what is the problem here?

Hi Rose,

Thank you, the multiple Header option fixed a part of the issue but I still cannot get enough margin on the top of the logo.
Still, I cannot see the footer even if I double checked your TroubleShooting.

2/ We’ve edited Footer settings. It should be displayed fine, but there is some kind of cache that causes the problem. Please clear and temporarily disable the CDN cache.

Hi Rose,

I went for the Header and Footer plugin for Elementor this time, but all this “header drama” is driving me crazy.
I dont understand why I’m seeing all correctly in live preview (both Customize:Xstore and Elementor) but then on my frontend page everything is messed up.
Logo is bigger, menu is not aligned, font is wrong. Is there any conflict?
The site is new, plugins are very few but still all of this is a nightmare.
I tried purging cache, regenerate CSS and Data (CDN cache is not on).

UPDATE: I’m removing the theme for now, it’s just now working for me.
Looks like Elementor and XStore are not the perfect combo.
Let’s see if it works.

Hello, TurboDogma,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can see that the theme is not currently activated on your site.

If your Home page and other pages use the same header, there is no need to use Multiple headers, so the custom header can be deleted via Theme Options.

Our theme is fully compatible with Elementor, but if you are using Header and Footer plugin for Elementor plugin and Elementor Pro plugin, it would be best to contact their support for further assistance.

Regarding the cache plugin, there is no need to use it while making changes to the site. We recommend activating it after the changes have been completed.

Once you have reactivated XStore, please let us know and we will do our best to investigate the issue with the header further and provide assistance.
