I noticed a strange issue with my site. When a product is added to the cart, a duplicate main header appears. If the product gets removed it will go back to normal. Also, when you click the cart, the slide out cart panel is obscured by the two headers.

I also noticed that this would occur on every page except the cart/checkout page.

(I accidently posted this twice somehow, please delete one of them)

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please record a video of the problem, clear cache of the browser before this. We’ve checked your site header after adding a product to the cart and there is no problem visible.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi,

    Thanks for responding quicky.

I have tried clearing my cache, used incognito mode and also tried multiple browsers and I keep getting the same problem. I have sent a link for the video.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    – In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    – The problem can be caused by changes in files or by custom scripts. Do you use a child theme? please check what custom changes were done there.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

Thank you, I narrowed it down to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments. As soon as this is disabled the header returns to normal.
