If i make a multiple header and i set some rules where i wanne show the header.
it works fine.
If i change the header en resave it he lost all his rules.
So you don’t see the header anymore.
And the child of pages doesn’t work fine.
Hello,
Please describe the problem in more detail with screenshots. What exactly rules did you set?
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links of them then you can provide links of screenshots here.
Regards
This is how i set the rules:

After i edit de header again then i get this
https://prnt.sc/r6w9hl
and it doesn’t work fine with WPML
Hello,
1) What Max input vars value you can see in XStore Dashboard > System Requirements? Try to set 3000 (your hosting provider can help you with this) and then check the Multiple headers.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
2) Please create a new separate topic – http://prntscr.com/r7fewh https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ to prevent a mess in this one. Describe the problem with the WPML in more detail. Thanks in advance.
Regards
It still not work.
Can you have a look
Hello,
https://prnt.sc/r7vhkg – please set administrator role for the user.
Also, provide us with temporary FTP access.
Regards
i just did it
Hello,
You are using the latest version of XStore Core plugin but the version of the theme is old http://prntscr.com/r7xmg8
To avoid difficulties, backup the theme files and database before any update.
You can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and do updates there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Regards
i updated the theme last week. Maybe i forget the child theme.
Can you see that?
now it is 6.2.11
i forget to update the style.css
Can you check this?
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
The situation relates to the specific functionality of the Multiple headers with WPML on different languages
Please follow next steps:
1) Go to Header builder > Multimple headers > edit header > select conditions in “Where do you want to display your header?”
2) Go to Dashboard > change language http://prntscr.com/r8e100 , then open Header builder > Multimple headers > edit header. If you want to set the same header for pages on different languages you will see empty condition fields – do not delete them, because that means that their condition affects other languages, not the main one (selected via the top bar in your Dashboard), just add a new one condition and select pages.
As a result, all conditions will work for all selected pages, but via the Multiple headers can be seen only conditions/pages of the current main language, and other conditions are shown as empty.
Regards
I will try this, But how is it possible that the conditions are empty when i edit the multiple header?
Only conditions that are related to pages of your main language can be fully displayed.
Regards
Yes but if i save the header the header doesn’t work anymore on the pages that it must be
The described way works correctly on our test site. To sort out the situation on your site, let us know with which one of your headers we can use for tests and on which pages + languages it should be shown.
Regards
you can test it with the test header.
I just give it the condition to only show on privacy page.
If i edit the header en save it again the condition doesn;t work
Fixed. Please check now.
Regards
i just edit a header and now i lost al the headers….
Hello,
Do you mean that you reset multiple headers that you created using the header builder?
Regards
No i didn’t reset it. I just edit a multiple header, and saved it.
And after the safe all the multiple header where gone……
Can you help me with this?
Because now the site is not working wright.
Hello,
Multiple headers can’t disappear after saving. Maybe you or somebody else who has admin access to your site removed it or reset the headers. Unfortunately, if you did not make backup of your header templates https://gyazo.com/d5947569b82822ef96e6728f144de29a you need to re-create these headers to get them back.
Regards
hi,
nobody else was in de admin.
so that is strange..
Where do the theme save the headers?
Maybe i can get it out of a server backup
Hello,
Then it’s very strange.
Ok, if you made DB backups then it’s possible to try and restore multiple headers.
Multiple headers itself you can find in wp_options table > find option_name: et_multiple_headers http://prntscr.com/rbfq81
Conditions for these headers you can find in wp_options table > option_name: et_multiple_conditions http://prntscr.com/rbfqx0
Feel free to ask if you need our assistance with this.
Regards
