Hi,

i really love your Theme!
Meanwhile i use four different Headers. Now i have the problem, that i can edit headers only under circumstances. It takes minutes to save changes, or it doesn’t work at all.
What is happened to my site/your theme.

I hope you can help me.

Sorry for the delay in answering.
Provide temporary FTP access.
Our technicians will be able to check your problem after the weekend.
In the browser console, I can see the next js error that comes from an additional plugin – https://prnt.sc/wads75 Try to disable this plugin and check the Header builder after that. Let us know the result.
Contact the authors of the plugin to get assistance.

Hi Rose,

thanks for your advise. I deactivated the plugin. But saving within Header builder is still not possible. Please see FTP-access. Hope you can help me.

Thank you. Could you, please, also tell me an example of changes that you do and tell me what header do you edit to allow to check the issue in more detail?

I want to change logo or color in Header named “Volti”.
But it’s impossible.

Hello,

We checked your logs and found that PHP memory error probably is the reason of the problem with the header editor http://prntscr.com/wc4njm
You keep the 60 active plugins, it’s a lot, truly saying. So, if you want to use all these plugins then you need to increase the PHP memory limit.
Also, one of the plugins (Coupon Referral Program) generates the PHP notices https://prnt.sc/wbljgx Contact plugin to fix this because it creates a lot of logs.

I deactivated nearly all Plugins (only 4 are still running) but still the 5th Header (named “Polizei Volti” is not able to save changes. I think it’s something with the amount of headers. Please advise.

Hi Olga,

I did everything you told me. I turned of nearly all plugins, my memory_limit is 256M (which should be ok) and I checked php and database.
But Header builder will still not save changes of Logosize in the new Header (Polizei Copy).
I also tried to create a new header. The same Problem!
PLEASE!!! I need you help to go further with my Website.

Hi there,
meanwhile I am completely desperate!
Since five days I cannot save changes in Header builder.
I did what you said and I deactivated nearly all plugins.
But Header builder is nit saving changes in additional Headers (only in default Header).
Again PLEASE!! Help me to get further.
Looking forward to your advise.

Hello,

It should be ok as a rule but it’s not enough for your site, unfortunately, http://prntscr.com/wd1tex You can find PHP memory errors in the WooCommerce > Status > Logs
So, contact your hosting provider and ask them to check what processes use all your PHP memory and help you with it’s limit. Theme author does not have access to this information.

Thank you. I cannot find out what the problem is. Is there a possibility to install a clean version of the theme? Or do I have to buy an additional License?

Hello,

If you want to install clean version of theme on dev subdomain only for test purposes you don’t need new license, you can use the same one.
What does your hosting support tell you about PHP memory limit? Do they have reports on what plugins use the PHP memory resources most of all?
Also, contact Revolution slider plugin author because Slider Revolution Before/After Add-On generates the js error https://prnt.sc/wjwh66
