Header Builder doens't work after movin to other domain

Hi i have movin my WP with your theme from working space to live space.
i use your import / exprt function for this.
But after movin (other domain) the header builder doesn’t work.
If i click in settings icon it doesn’t open the config popup.

So i cannot integrate same header is on working space (this was not import correctly)

I have de-register the license on working space (and domain) and try to register it to live space (and new domain) but it show me the follow error:

You have activated your purchase code more than 12 times.

What we can do now?

has the problem with the header builder to do with it or is it another problem. Everything worked fine before the move?

Hello,

1) We checked the purchase code that you provided and found that was used for the following domains https://prnt.sc/wjpib5 and 2 of them are live but use the same license that is not allowed by ThemeForest license policy. So, you can’t use 35341dfb-****** purchase code for the softunited project.

d9c4b64f-**** used for https://prnt.sc/wjplhe
f37831e3 **** used for https://prnt.sc/wjplwj
ddde5e8a***** used for https://prnt.sc/wjpmhv

So, provide us with license that you bought specially for the softunited project to proceed.

trimevita.de – can stay for 1 license
bitcoin-hilfe.de – i start a new project there
usedlicense.de – usedlicense.de will be replaced by softunited.de

feine-weine-kaufen – is not your theme nad not wordpress
download-server.software – is not your theme nad not wordpress
alen.de – is not your theme
schiller-art.com – I forgot to delete – is no longer needed
foxcomet.com – hasn’t existed for a long time

pj-1.de ist for test only

i have start debit 29USD debit from skrill to envato for new license.
it is okay for me. i think this transaction is finnished on next working day.

I wondering that you you only want to help then. You can certainly trust us.
We really need your help very urgently.

schiller-art.com i have delete now. please de-register the follow now:
feine-weine-kaufen, download-server.software, alen.de, schiller-art.com, foxcomet.com, pj-1.de and then help please

I still buy a new license to be sure … We will now evaluate your help at Envato for all licenses

Hello,

Ok. Deactivate theme for softunited and activate with the correct license once you get it.
I checked your header builder and I’m afraid that we need to reset the header (Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder https://prnt.sc/wjw3bj) and either create it from scratch again or reset it and try to re-import theme options after that. Could you send us the import file?
