Hi there. I switched from Classico to XStore and I’m now using the Header Builder to reinstate the header. There seems to be a couple of elements not working properly.
The ‘social’ block does not update when i make changes – https://asphair.com/IMAGES/social.jpg
AND the ‘promo text’ block has the same issue – https://asphair.com/IMAGES/promo-text.jpg
Many thanks.
Hello @Roobinda,
I have tested the options on your site and they are working properly. I have also recorded a video for you to view here: https://www.veed.io/view/c1c7ff53-e27b-4048-bcb8-4ce0ecdc9f8e?sharingWidget=true&panel=share. Please try again on your site after clearing the cache. I am confident that you will not experience this issue again.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team.
Strange. Thank you.
I have another odd issue now! On mobile some sort of generic XStore page is loading – https://asphair.com/IMAGES/IMG_2726.PNG
Whereas on desktop the correct page is loading – https://asphair.com/TEST-SITE
Any ideas?
Hello @Roobinda,
Please navigate to the Plugins section and disable the XStore AMP plugin. For more information, please refer to this link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/

Okay thank you. So the XStore AMP plugin is not required? What is it for?
Hello, Roobinda
XStore AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) is a plugin released to help to improve the mobile browsing experience. It is created to render the page faster by loading pages with minimal HTML, Javascript and styles.
Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery). This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.

Still some odd things happening for me. Breadcrumbs won’t turn off – https://asphair.com/IMAGES/breadcrumbs.jpg
Hello @Roobinda,
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
We can also see that you have activated CDN from your server on your site. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to flush the CDN completely and then turn it off while you are in the development process.
If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before making any changes.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
Hi there. I have done all you suggested and the problem persists.
Changing the breadcrumb settings still has no effect at all.
Hello, Roobinda
1/ You edited Shop page – https://prnt.sc/7HP1PC0rg_FS
2/ As we can see, you moved files from classico-child into xstore-child, but Classico and XStore are different themes. We’ve renamed the folder – https://prnt.sc/P3P8AbI7tlTt (woocommerce -> woocommerce-old) to disable custom changes.
3/ We’ve created a new page and set it via WooCommerce settings as Shop page – https://prnt.sc/SyntSirQ7kVl
4/ After that, breadcrumbs are disabled – https://prnt.sc/VnR1B6KQC98d
5/ If you have other pages with the same question with breadcrumbs, try to re-save such pages.

8Themes Team
Ah okay. Thank you very much!
