    Hi,

    I enabled the header cart widget, but the cart icon does not appear. May I ask why?

    Hello,

    Because the top bar is disabled in theme options. If you chose the right top bar instead of the header then enable top bar (http://prntscr.com/nuajli)

    Is this position belongs to the top bar?

    I want the cart icon to be located in this position, with the wishlist icon

    Hello,

    Yes, Position Right top bar means that you want to place icon in the right top bar http://prntscr.com/nuaz47

    In case you want to show the cart icon in the default position next to wishlist then choose the Header position instead of top bar.
