    Hello,

after updating theme Royal to version 2.9 the cart widget in header is destroyed.
I use a child theme, so all modifications are in that child theme.
Until today all theme updates went ok, but now i have heavy issues here.
Please have a look at the attached screenshots.

    Header Royal 2.8

    Header Royal 2.9

    Thanks!
    Best Regards
    Steffen

Exacetly the same bug here. I disabled all plugins except woocommerce and made a fresh and untouched install of royal version 2.9. the cart widget always shows the opened cart popup.

Ah ok, I think I fixed this by deleting all products from the cart and the adding them again.

    ??
    I don’t understand.
If i disable the option i wouldn’t have any cart widget at all.
I don’t want to disable it, i want that it works correctly.
In Royal 2.8 it worked. After updating to 2.9, i have the described error.

The .htaccess credentials are correct. I just checked them twice.
    They are case sensitive!

    Hello @sh70,

I checked the site and found that the issue persists only with your child theme. When I activated parent theme cart widget is shown properly.
So please check the modifications you made in the child theme.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    You are right.

    But:
Why this happens only with the new version 2.9 of royal parent theme?
If i use former version 2.8 of parent theme, everything is perfect.
    I don’t understand that.

(Note: If i disable my custom.css in child theme the problem persists.)

    Hello @sh70,

    Sorry for a delay.
What changes did you make in the child theme that caused the issue?
    Please specify.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    That’s the point!
I didn’t make any changes in the last months.
Until version 2.8 of parent theme everything looked perfect.
Since updating the parent theme to 2.9, i have this bug inside the header.
So the changes must be in the parent theme.
    So my question is:
WHAT DID YOU CHANGE IN THE HEADER IN VERSION 2.9 ??

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
The new theme version includes many changes to the headers. Specifically, changed Ajax “Add To Cart”, widget cart, added custom header option. You can find changelog on TF site https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976?s_rank=6 http://prntscr.com/eb3v4c
You need to compare files of the child theme and parent to solve the issue.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
