    I have set “header number 3” with “transparent” option activated and the homepage (https://www.coronasparadifuntos.com/) looks as I wanted to.

    But the rest of the pages (https://www.coronasparadifuntos.com/producto/corona-de-prueba-1/) as internal, product pages, categories product pages, etc. doesn’t take the colour of the header that I choose in “theme options”. They also appear with “transparent header”.

    How can I fix that ? I can provide wp admin access if needed.

    Thanks in advance,

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in Custom css:

    .home .header-type-3.slider-overlap {
        background: transparent;
    }
    .st-content {
        background: #cecece;
    }

    Please clear browser cache and check.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Moreover I need to translate some elements as:

    – “My Account” and “Log out” in “top header”
    – E-mail to a friend in “Single Product Page”
    – “Product Description” in “Single Product Page”
    – “Product Description” and “successfully added to your shopping cart”
    – Button “Continue shopping” and Button “Check out”
    – “Return to previous page” in breadcrumb

    Hello,

    Then I see 3 ways to translate these elements:

    1. “Loco” translate plugin
    2. “PoEdiT”
    3. WPML plugin

    I have 2 questions:

    1. Do I have to create a “child theme” where placing these translations to avoid problems with future “theme updates” whatever way above mentioned I use?

    2. Or is it possible to translate these elements with one of the ways above mentioned that permit me not to create a child theme ?

    Many thanks,

    Juan

    Hello,

    We recommend use child theme to make changes in theme files, but for translate, it is not required.
    Please, provide FTP access and I will help you translate theme with Loco translate plugin.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    I’ve followed this documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
    To translate theme go to Loco Translate > Themes > WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme > Spanish (Spain) > http://prntscr.com/exr2s9

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hi many thanks,

    Is it necessary to use FTP to install “loco translate plugin” ?

    Or can I install it through wpadmin ? And in this case, is it needed some extra configuration ? Because I installed it in other site and something is missing (https://snag.gy/9kAKcv.jpg).

    Juan

    Yes, for http://www.coronasparadifuntos.com is OK, I saw that you installed loco plugin and already started to translate.

    What I wanted to tell you before, is that I installed loco plugin in other wordpress installation but it is not working (https://snag.gy/9kAKcv.jpg).

    I got loss regarding the configuration of “loco plugin” for this other website.

    I think I will open another ticket for it to manage them separately.

    And I’ll use this ticket-conversation for the installation http://www.coronasparadifuntos.com

    Many thanks

    Hello,

    1. https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/5_registration_page
    2. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront.
    It means that not our theme is a problem. Check WooCommerce settings or contact WooCommerce support of WC support forum.

    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    The problem appeared with your theme obviously (I don’t exactly understand the relation you want to add between your theme and Storefront theme but that’s not the question here, Woocommerce has to work properly with Woopress theme, that’s all).

    In this sense, trying to make functioning your theme, I updated via FTP the WC templates that were obsolete (https://snag.gy/wfdEu2.jpg). Now all of them are updated but it seems that something got unconfigured at Woocommerce (https://snag.gy/Y8cRmk.jpg and https://snag.gy/4LQyx0.jpg).

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    1) We are able to help you with theme settings and features. If you are talking about default WP or WC options you need to be sure that it works with official WP or WC theme. That’s why if shipping problem appears even with Storefront it means that something is wrong with WooCommerce settings and you should check them, for example this one http://prntscr.com/f1fd95 make sure that this option is not enabled.
    Also, check the WC documentation once more https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/shipping/ make sure that you have enabled shipping methods. In case nothing helps you need to contact WC support on support forum because we are able to help you only in case problem is caused by our theme files.

    2) You can’t just replace files from our theme by default WC files because we made changed in files and many options won’t work if you just replace the files by original WC files. If you are interested you may read the posts how to create woocommerce theme to understand how it works.

    3) I think WooPress 3.0 will be released today, we are waiting for approvement from ThemeForest. So, you’ll be able to update theme to version that is compatible with WC 3.0.4.

    Hi,

    1) By adding “shipping method” the “different delivery option” appeared so this is OK.

    2) I reinstalled .php theme files via FTP and also working except:

    https://snag.gy/jMy67p.jpg and https://snag.gy/5taCAx.jpg (element not translated)

    https://snag.gy/Y9mrh8.jpg (unconfigured)

    3) I installed Woopress 3.0 in “staging” area (https://www.staging3.coronasparadifuntos.com/) and also working but I lose the translations made with the plugin “Loco” (please remember that I asked you in previous tickets if I had to create a “Child Theme” not to lose this kind of customization when updating “theme version”, just in case this is related).

    Thanking in advance,

    Juan

    Hello,

    1. Great.
    2, 3.

    https://snag.gy/Y9mrh8.jpg (unconfigured)

    – solved in new theme update.
    You just need to synchronize translation files after update to get new strings.
    Button Sync allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.
    Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    Sorry but I can’t see that “Button Sync” at “Loco plugin” in new staging installation with Woopress 3.0. I don’t even see spanish language template (https://snag.gy/wpitJf.jpg).

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Please update theme to the version 3.0.0.1. It’s available on ThemeForest. This version is compatible with Woocommerce 3.0.4 http://prnt.sc/f3la7m.
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
    Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

    Then provide correct FTP access also.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
