    Hello, @Star_IQ,

1/ Sorry for the inconvenience but If you are currently utilizing the header via the customizer, we kindly ask you to follow these steps to adjust your settings:
    1. Navigate to XStore > Theme Options.
    2. Proceed to Header Builder > Header Overlap.
    3. Please ensure that the “Turn OFF” option is selected and then click “Publish.”

2/ If you are currently utilizing the header feature through Elementor, we kindly request that you follow these steps to navigate the settings:

    1. Go to XStore Builders.
    2. Select ‘Header Builder via Elementor’.
    3. Choose ‘Edit Header’.
    4. Click on ‘Edit Container’.
    5. Proceed to ‘Advanced’.
    6. Locate the ‘XStore Header Overlap’ option.
    7. Please ensure to turn off this feature and update the settings accordingly.

We hope that these steps will effectively resolve your issue.

Should the issue persist, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with access to your site’s wp-admin in the private content area. This will allow us to examine your settings more closely and offer more targeted assistance.

Thank you Tony for your swift reply, this definately adds to my opinion about your team and I promise to adjust my review when all my starting issues are resolved.

I never changed any settings, just uploaded the demo content. So I guess it should work as intended since beginning.

P.S. Your 1st suggested option worked
