Header demo “Electronic mega market” is not visible

Hi, I installed the “Electronic mega market” demo but the header doesn’t come out. I entered the theme builder and I see “Elementor Header” but if I open it with Elementor it is empty.

I also tried reimporting the entire demo, same thing. Where and how can I download just the header?

Hi, I tried to create a new header from the Builder, the same thing happens, it imports correctly but you can’t see it, it’s empty.

I installed PRO Elements and the other plugins seem fine, in fact the Footer and the others are visible.

Throughout the site the header is non-existent. I have sent you the login details.

Thank you for your response.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I deactivated all third party plugins, it doesn’t work.
I authorize debugging.

Additionally, we have added a new header titled “Header-Electronic-Mega-Market” within the Xstore Builders > Header section. You are welcome to edit this header according to your requirements.
